For deliveries to countries outside of the EU we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes or additional fees.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund products, provided they are returned in their original packaging in an unopened and unused condition. Due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable conditions. You must notify us of returns within 14 days of receiving the products. We will send you a confirmation email detailing the return and further instructions.
We recommend carefully packaging products when returning items. By law we have the right to refuse returns if the product is in a non-saleable condition upon our receipt. Please note that this includes any damage which may have occurred during the return delivery.
We may reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. All items will be examined upon receipt.
Returns for Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges:
To return a product:
1) Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange.
2) You will receive confirmation of your request via email. This will include instructions on where to send the products.
3) You must post the items to us within 14 days of notifying us. Please keep proof of the despatch (or send us a copy) in case any issues. Once the items are received, we will process your refund, exchange or replacement as soon as possible.
4) We will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed.
Money will be refunded to your original payment method. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 14 days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Example Timeline: If you received delivery of a product on 1 May and want a refund, replacement or exchange, you must contact us to notify us by midnight 15 May. You will receive confirmation from us via email. If you have notified us on 12 May then you must despatch the products to us by 26 May. If we receive the products on 20 May, we will examine and process your request as soon as possible. In busy periods please allow us up to 14 days to process your request.
The standard shipping price offered for your destination will be included in the refund, if shipping costs applied to your original order.
Wrong or Faulty Product:
If you have received a wrong or faulty product please send us a photo of the product and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify the problem for you as soon as possible. Please contact us for next steps and keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved. In these cases, you will not be charged for extra shipping costs.
If you have purchased the product on promotion, we will refund the amount paid or transfer the amount paid towards an exchange of a product in stock.
Complimentary gifts cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
